Most of our products are made to order and typically ship within 2–7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and can expect your order to arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S. orders). Please allow a little extra time during holidays or high-volume periods. Good things (and good dogs) are worth the wait!

All Old Dogs Rock products are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partners through Printify. Most items ship from U.S.-based facilities, but some specialty items may come from international locations. Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop with tracking info once your order hits the road.

Because our items are made just for you when you order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there’s an error in printing. If something's off, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos—we’ll make it right, no bones about it.

Orders begin processing shortly after they're placed, so we’re usually unable to make changes once submitted. If you catch it fast, email us at chat@vibeusa.com and we’ll do our best to help before production begins. No promises—but we’ll always try!

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. If it’s been more than 7 business days and your package is still MIA, reach out to us and we’ll investigate. Sometimes postal services lag behind… even though our dogs are pretty quick!

All products are custom-printed when you order, using high-quality materials and printing techniques. Whether it’s a cozy blanket, a rockin’ tee, or a mat for your pup’s dinner bowl, each item is created with care—because old dogs deserve the best.
